We're so excited to welcome you to our joyful bilingual world of play, creativity, and connection. Whether you're joining us for a playgroup, weekend event, class, or camp, our goal is to ensure every child and family has a warm, inspiring, and safe experience.

By booking a class, event, or camp with Imagination Station, you agree to the following:
🌟 Kindness & Respect
We believe in creating a nurturing space where all children and families feel safe and welcome. We kindly ask that everyone — kids, parents, and caregivers — treat one another with kindness, inclusion, and respect.
🏠 Respect for Our Venues
Whether we're at Academicus, Storycraft Studio, or any of our partner spaces, we treat each space as if it were our own. Please help us care for the furniture, materials, and equipment provided. While we supervise play carefully, we ask families to encourage safe and mindful behavior at all times.
🛡️ Safety First
The safety and wellbeing of every child is our top priority. By enrolling, you confirm that your child is in suitable health to participate. If concerns arise, we encourage immediate, respectful communication between caregivers, educators, and participants.
📸 Photos & Media
We love to capture the magic! From time to time, we may take photos or short videos to share the joy of our sessions on social media or our website. By attending, you grant permission to use your child’s image for promotional purposes. We never tag or name children.
Photos shared via the Imagination Station WhatsApp group are only to be used for personal purposes or with the consent of other parents.

✅ Permission to Participate
You give permission for your child to take part in activities at Imagination Station. You release Imagination Station and its partners from any liability related to participation.
🧾 Insurance
Child insurance is the sole responsibility of the parents. Imagination Station is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during classes, camps, or events.
🔐 Consent to Data Processing
By booking, you consent to the processing of your child’s personal data and your contact details by Imagination Station. This data will be used solely for administrative and organizational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your permission, unless required by law.
📝 Accuracy of Information
By filling out our forms, you confirm that the information provided is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any false or misleading information may affect registration or participation.
📬 Stay Connected
By signing up for an activity, you agree to be added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe anytime by writing to hi@imaginationstation.ch.
📆 Cancellations & Make-Ups
Payment for all classes is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Due to limited spaces, we cannot offer refunds or make-up classes for absences.
However, you're welcome to gift or transfer your booking to a friend — just have them mention your name at check-in.
If we must cancel a class (e.g., due to illness or low enrollment), we’ll notify you at least 2 hours in advance and offer a make-up session.
🎉 Cancellation Policy for Parties
If you cancel within 7 days of the event date, a 50% fee will apply to cover the cost of prepared materials plus an additional 25% of the total event cost for reserving and blocking the date. When you book a party, that time slot is exclusively held for you, and we are unable to take any other bookings for that date and time.
If the cancellation occurs after 7 days prior to the event date, 75% of the full cost must be covered, as materials will already have been purchased and significant preparation completed.
Full payment for parties must be made at least 7 days before the event via bank transfer, TWINT, or Revolut.
⏰ Arrival & Departure
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled class to give our team time to prepare the space. Likewise, we kindly ask that you depart within 10 minutes after class to allow for clean-up and next-session setup.
💳 Payment
By registering, you agree to pay in full for your chosen program. If an invoice is issued, please ensure timely payment as stated on the invoice.
Payment parties:
Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the event via bank transfer, TWINT, or Revolut.
Reference: Please include your child’s name + party date in the payment reference.
Booking Confirmation:
Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received. If payment is not made at least 14 days before the event, the booking will be canceled.
👟 Clean Spaces
Help us keep our spaces tidy and comfy! Please remove your shoes upon entering and feel free to bring clean indoor shoes or socks for you and your child.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
In accordance with Article 100(1) of the Swiss Code of Obligations, any agreement that seeks to exclude or limit liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence in advance is void. Therefore, any limitation of liability clauses in these Terms & Conditions shall not apply to damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
🔐 Data Protection and Privacy
Imagination Station processes personal data in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Personal data is collected and processed lawfully, in good faith, and proportionally, and is used solely for the purposes communicated to you. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us, and to request correction or deletion of such data, in accordance with Articles 25–29 of the FADP.
📄 Formation of Contract
By booking a class, event, or camp with Imagination Station, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are made available to you prior to booking and are considered an integral part of the contract between you and Imagination Station.
⚠️ Unusual Clauses
Any clauses that deviate significantly from standard expectations and could be considered unusual under Swiss law are highlighted in bold for your attention. Please read these clauses carefully to ensure you understand and accept them.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
